Lilongwe Society for the Protection and Care of Animals (LSPCA) launches a new approach to control the spread of rabies in Lilongwe throughout the whole year. We will deliver continuous vaccination of dogs and cats and Community Based Response Surveillance (CBRS) in high risk areas of the city.
This September, the first Malawian veterinary students to graduate from the new Veterinary School in Malawi are coming to Scotland.
Animal lives matter. As Lilongwe Society for the Protection and Care of Animals (LSPCA), it is our wish to see animals living better lives and their contribution to humankind being fully understood.

You'll find us in Kanengo-Roberts/Area 28, on the outskirts of Lilongwe city. When driving from the city center/Lilongwe town on the M1, just passed Area 30 police, turn at Total filling station, then take your second turn to the right, then first turn left, and about 300 metres you'll see our signpost.
